The Škoda Owners’ Club GB was founded in 1962 by Roy Desborough, with the simple objective of connecting and supporting owners of Škodas in Great Britain. To this day the Club continues to adhere to that mantra and now boasts a growing number of members up and down the country, and from further afield.
We welcome owners and enthusiasts, regardless of the age of their car (or cars!). You don’t even need a Škoda to join our community, just a shared interest in the marque. Subsequently, Yeti owners can be found rubbing shoulders with 1000MB restorers and with the common interest and sense of community occasioned by Club membership, great friendships are forged.
What’s more, Club membership brings you a quarterly magazine, “Škoda Owners”, which is the only magazine dedicated to Škodas available in the UK, and discounts for insurance, parts and entry to premier events. With a thriving events calendar both at a national and local level, there is always something to look forward to. The Club also routinely takes part in overseas events and belongs to the wider, world-wide Škoda club network.
As the Club is recognised by the DVLA, we are able to help with valuation and age related concerns in addition to being a great body to raise concerns of owners. Technical queries and concerns can also be answered by our team of technical gurus and Registrars for various models.
